Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for any appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, appointments can easily be rescheduled online following the link received after booking. Appointments cancelled same day are subjected to being charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.
If you are 10 minutes or more late without communication, the appointment will be cancelled, marked as "No Show" and charged up to 50% of scheduled service.
Same day cancellation fee can be used towards the same service if rescheduled within 14 calendar days from original service day. However, the rescheduled appointment must be kept and not rescheduled. If cancelled again, you are subject to another 50% fee.
